How To Make Any Cake Mix A Confetti Cake

Since I am now gluten free, I had to come up with a plan to make my daughter’s birthday cake so I could join in on the fun too! They do make gluten free confetti cake mixes but at $5 or $6 for the name brand I decided to use Aldi’s Live G Free gluten free yellow cake mix instead.

I also grabbed a tub of Aldi sprinkles which were a great price too. Walmart sells sprinkles without food dyes which is also a great option, linked here. Now the only thing left was to figure out how many sprinkles go into a confetti cake.

The How To

First, make your cake mix according to package instructions.

The last thing you’ll do is stir in 1/4 cup of sprinkles. This is the perfect amount to add festive colors all throughout the cake!

Bake your cake according to the package as well and decorate.
