Girl Scout Thin Mint Milkshakes For Two: Easy Valentine’s Day Dessert

Using everyone’s favorite Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, we are going to make decadent and truly chocolatey milkshakes for two!
This is a super easy and simple recipe inspired by an episode I saw on The Kitchen last year. I remember watching it and the thought of the combination of cold chocolatey ice cream mixed with crunchy thin mints swirled around in my brain for about two weeks before I finally ran to the store for the ingredients to make it.
And I wasn’t disappointed! It was so yummy! Now it’s been a year since I made them and it’s time again. I remember making them around Valentine’s Day last year, so now that it’s come around again, I wanted to share this special, super simple, recipe with you. I’ve made it to serve two, so you and your favorite Valentine can share a treat together, enjoy!
