Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 cup Melted Butter Cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • cups Great Value all-purpose gluten free flour not gf? use all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips optional
  • ½ cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º
  • Add 3 over-ripe bananas to a mixing bowl and mash
  • Next melted and cooled butter, sugar and eggs, mix well
  • Then add baking soda, cinnamon, salt and vanilla and mix
  • Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined
  • Optional: you can stir in chocolate chips or nuts
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
