not gf? use all purpose flour

chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º
Add 3 over-ripe bananas to a mixing bowl and mash
Next melted and cooled butter, sugar and eggs, mix well
Then add baking soda, cinnamon, salt and vanilla and mix
Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined
Optional: you can stir in chocolate chips or nuts
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
