Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  • Season the chicken: Drizzle the olive oil over the tenderloins. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the chicken, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  • Arrange on the sheet pan: Lay the chicken tenderloins in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
  • Bake: Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 18-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). For a slight char, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-5 minutes.
  • Serve: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
