Copycat Hello Fresh Mini Meatloaves

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup minced onion
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Mince onion, set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, add two slices of bread with the crust cut off. Heat water to boiling in the microwave, let bouillon dissolve. Pour milk and beef stock concentrate over bread. Break it up into a paste with a fork.
Add the beef to the bowl. Season with garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and minced onions. Mix to combine.
Form into 4 patties about 1 inch thick and place on a lightly greased sheet pan.
Cook in the oven at 400° for 30-35 minutes. Until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
