- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¾ cup rolled oats or old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup mini m&ms or mini chocolate chips
Add the Wet Ingredients: Combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Stir until just combined.
Mix the Dry Ingredients: Add the rolled oats and mini m&ms. Stir everything together until well-mixed.
Shape the Balls: Using a cookie scoop, form the mixture into tightly packed 1-inch balls. No need to roll with your hands!
