large over ripe bananas

oil

baking soda

cinnamon

1:1 gluten free flour

chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º for aluminum pans or 325º for a dark nonstick pan.
Add two large over ripe bananas to a bowl along with oil and mix well until the oil is totally combined.
Next add sugar and eggs, beat again.
Then add baking soda, cinnamon, salt and vanilla and mix.
Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined
Optional: you can stir in chocolate chips or nuts
Bake for about 50 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
