- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1½ tbsp taco seasoning
- ½ onion
- ½ green pepper
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- medium or small tortillas
Prep
First slice chicken breast into strips. Season with taco seasoning and set aside.
Cut onion and green pepper into slices.
Slice lime into wedges.
De-stem cilantro and chop if desired.
Add 1 tbsp of cilantro to marinating chicken breasts.
Cook
Place pan on stove on medium high heat.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil (or favorite cooking oil).
Add chicken to the pan, squeeze one wedge of lime over chicken.
Add onion and green pepper, season with salt and pepper.
Fry in the pan for 10-12 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
Warm/char tortillas on stove on medium low heat, turning every 30 seconds with tongs.
Serve fajita chicken in sizzling pan, enjoy! Don't forget to top with cilantro and lime!
