Instructions
Pour whipping cream into a large bowl. Mix on high speed (20-30 minutes) until butter solids and milk separate.
Pour mixture into a strainer over a large bowl. Press and save the buttermilk from the bottom of the bowl.
Rinse the butter thoroughly, pouring water over the butter little by little, pressing and turning the butter with your hands or a spatula.
Press the butter to get rid of excess moisture. Transfer butter to a container and store in the fridge.
