Garlic and Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

Yukon Gold potatoes

Instructions
Peel the potatoes, and cut into a large dice.
Bring a pot of water to boil, add the potatoes and plenty of salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes until they are fork tender.
Drain and mash the potatoes thoroughly with a potato masher. Add sour cream, garlic powder, and milk. And butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
Whip together with an electric mixer. Enjoy!
