medium/large sized potatoes

olive oil

Instructions
Wash and dry the potatoes.
Chop into medium sized dice.
Place potatoes on a sheet pan, toss with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, season salt and rosemary. Toss again.
Bake in a 400° oven for 30-35 minutes.
