Ingredients

shredded monterey jack cheese

thinly sliced chicken breasts

sour cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Place four thinly sliced chicken breasts on a baking sheet and pat dry with a paper towel. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
In a bowl combine, panko, cheese, taco seasoning, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.
Top each piece of chicken with a layer of sour cream and mound the panko mixture on top, pressing so that it sticks.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
