Place 20 oreos in a bag and crush into small pieces with a spoon.
Reserve 2 tbsp of the oeros and pour the rest of the them into a small bowl. Stir in butter.
Spray your pie pan and then press the oreo mixture together in the bottom of the pan to make a crust.
Microwave fudge topping for 30-45 seconds and drizzle onto crust.
Scoop and then smooth soften ice cream onto pie.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of reserved oreo pieces.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, serve and enjoy!

If at any time while assembling the pie you feel that it is getting too melted, just put it in the freezer for 10 minutes, then pull it out and keep assembling!
